WINE MAKING AND AGEING
Soft pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation, aged in stainless steel vessels matured “sur-lie” (on lees) with monthly (lees stirring) “batonnages” for 3 months.
HOW TO SERVE
Ideal serving temperature is 10°-12°C. Pour into medium sized glasses to enjoy its full potential.
